In 9th century CE, the Rashtrakutas begin to expand their empire outside of Bharat (India), resulting in a series of battles with the Abbasid Caliphate. Under the charismatic and tactic leadership of the emperor Krishna III, the Rashtrakutas reach the borders of today's Iraq. As they plan to capture the city of Baghdad, one treacherous plot threatens to shake the very foundation of the Rashtrakuta empire itself. Will the emperor be able to save the empire from this unexpected event, or witness haplessly the empire turning into a heap of rubble?
