However, for Nalu, it was just a minor bump in the road. With years of experience in his family's funeral home, he became attuned to the signs of impending death. Viewing death as an inevitable part of life, he saw it as an old friend rather than something to fear. On July 4th, a day when death seemed to loom larger than ever, his family's funeral home would receive those who had chosen to end their suffering. This led to the children of District Four taking risks before Reaping Day, seeking a last thrill before potential demise.
