This memoir is about my journey with academics, physical activity and mental health. I really wanted to inspire others to live a balanced lifestyle and how to overcome challenges. However I wanted to use my experience as some context as to why having this mentality shift is so important. Also I want to highlight the reality of how difficult it is to live a balanced lifestyle. This is supposed to help people recognize that life is a serious of challenges and overcoming those challenges. Also this memoir's main goal is to encourage recognizing when a situation is toxic and when to leave. This is supposed to bring courage out of other people and learn what to tell yourself to keep going.
