Girl's Emergency Kit

Hi guys! It’s Abigail. :)

I believe every girl needs an emergency kit, especially if you go to school or have a job and work. It’s always a good idea to have some of these items on hand incase of an emergency. 

I like keeping these items in a cute little makeup bag. This makes it a lot easier to locate the items in my purse. 

Here is the list of items I try to always keep in my bag or purse, especially if I am going to work or leaving the house. You, of course, don’t have to have all of these items, this is just what I like to bring along with me. 

Hand sanitizer (this should be a given by now😂)

Extra mask (incase I accidentally forget mine)

Tissues 

Bandaids (I always have bandaids)

Dental floss (you never know when you’re going to need it)

Hair ties or scrunchies (for when your pretty hair becomes a bother)

Ibuprofen and/or Midol (Ibuprofen incase you get a headache and Midol when your period cramps are unbearable)

Pads and/or tampons (I always have extra, in case anyone else needs them)

Nail clippers

Hand lotion (my hands get so dry in the winter)

Gum and/or mints

Lip balm (my favorites are Burts Bees Vanilla Lip Balm and E.L.F Ride or Die Lip Balm in Tough Cookie)

Phone Charger
