As Ahri and I entire the staff room the other ladies turn towards the new arrivals
Evelynn: "There you are Ahri did you bring what i asked"
Ahri; "Yup! Can't believe you left your purse in the car"
Evelynn: "Well Darling, one can't always be prepared" she chuckled
Evelynn: "oh my, Y/n, i didn't see you there" a smile creeping on her face.
I appeared from behind Ahri's tails
"Yup it's me in the flesh, now wheres the little rascals" I place my hands on my hips
Gumi: "R-right here mr. Y/n" a small potato fox appeared behind the next room door.
"Ho Ho, were you reading some books Gumi" I patted her head
"Mhm! Lots of funny books that are on the bookshelf mr. Y/n!" Her tail wagging side to side
"That's great to hear, now where are your friends/sister" I asked
"Over here mr. Y/n!" The girls darted towards me
"No no no OOF-" they tackled me once again
"Hey there girls no need to keep tackling me" pain jolting through my stomach
The mothers giggled as they followed the sudden commotion.
Ahri/Evelynn: "c'mon dears lets let Y/n get you situated in your new rooms because us mommies have to get going" each of them picked up their kids alongs with kai'sa and Akali.
"Right this way" I waved them to follow me
After walking for a few minutes we reached the main daycare center where plentiful amounts of children were talking, playing, reading, and coloring.
Baby K/DA: "WOAHH I WANNA GO MAMA" They all wiggled out of their mother's grasps and ram towards their own areas
"Be careful don't go running!" I cupped my hands and soon placed them on my hips with a smile.
"Seeing them with such enthusiasm warms my heart maybe one day I'll have my own"
The K/DA stared at me as I watched over the kids.
Akali: "He must really love taking care of the children" she whispered
Kai'sa: "like I said this was definitely the right choice and environment for our babies"
They all agreed in unison as they called out to their children
"Alright sweety have fun and don't give Y/n such hard time" they all said
Baby K/DA: "Alright mommy!"
"Don't worry your little ones are good with me" I flash them a wide smile.
The mother's hearts flutter slightly
"Here's my number if you need to check up on the girls, this is just a faster way of getting in contact cause sometimes we get swarmed with calls" I look over to see them a bit flustered.
"Hmm? Make sure you get some rest you look a bit sick" I mentioned casually
Ahri: "Oh um— we will" They waved at their children once more and left the vicinity within their limo from earlier.
Clap clap
"Alright children! We have some new ones joining us today" I gather the kids in the center map rug
"Cmon up girls introduce yourselves" I waved the little ones towards me as they get up.
Blaze: "Hi, my name is Blaze! I want to be like a dancer just like my mom when I grow up!" She says proudly and steps down
Tenthi: "Yo yo! The name is Tenthi and I want to become the BEST rapper in the world but of course my mama would be the best in my heart" she grinned widely
Gumi: "H-Hi my name is um Gumi! I hope we get along!" She shyly bows and runs off
Serenity: "Saving the best for last"
Other Mini K/da: "hey!" They puffed their cheeks
Serenity: "One of the best for last... is me. My name is Serenity and I hope to become a fashion designer just like my mom." Serenity walks off in a similar fashion as Evelynn
"Now then I hope you all can get along with these four girls and remember kids" I point towards the board
"Always. include. others!" The children repeated the words on the board
"Well said class, now then it's time for recess! Remember to keep your lunch bags on your table so we can start lunch quicker today" I clapped my hands and all the children began rushing out the door towards the park.
Well, all but one.
"What's wrong Gumi?" I bend down on my knees
Gumi: "Well, I, I don't really like playing outside much" Gumi stutters
"I understand dear do you want to go to the library" I smiled knowing that's exactly what she wants
"Can we?!" She smiled her tail giving away her emotions
"But of course we can, it's recess after all so you can do whatever you want" I smile and pat her head
"Can I sit on your lap again Mr. Y/n?" Gumi had small stars in her eyes
"Of course Gumi" To which she immediately lifts herself onto my lap and brings out the magic school bus book.
While sure reading childrens book isn't hard for an adult but for children they enjoy every figure they come across.
"What's that me Y/n?" Gumi asked
"That's called an Octopus, it has 8 legs which can be used as arms" I answered her question
"And they can be very smart creatures when hunting for food" Rubbing her head once more, reading with Gumi lasted all recess
