This could have been a perfectly good sapphic version of 'The Little Mermaid' but the author ruined it with the ending. Why would you give me a cute fluffy lesbian rom-com if they do not even end up together in the end???
I kept thinking there was no way she will actually go back to the sea because this a romance and they always find a way... but sadly she did go back and it was very frustrating.
