Miles standing at his locker early in the morning

Peni said she ran up to Miles. He turned around

Hey Peni! Finally, gotten your classes down? He asked

Yep! See! She happily said as put her schedule. Miles took a good look at it

Wow, how continent! He said jokingly

Hm? Why is that? She asked as she tilted her head

You have the same classes as me!

Peni gasped Really! That's great! She said excitedly. Miles chuckled slightly, from the corner of his eye, he saw students looking at them

'Lots of eyes on us, oh boy. But... They seem to be more fixated on her, not much of a surprise there, a new student and it's a small Japanese girl too'

Where do we go now? Peni asked

Oh, uh, we head to the cafeteria. Come along, lemme show you!

Peni nodded, she walked with him on his left side

I need to know more about the school. Because since I'm new here, I doubt the same rules apply here. In Japan, the school year begins in April and ends in March. Also, students in Japan have fewer days off than
American. Peni said

Really? Miles said. Here in America, the school year starts in August or September and ends in May or June.
'Well back then at least'

Hm, there are no school buses in Japan, parents or guardians take their kids to school, often by bicycle.

Really?! That must suck. Miles said

Just then, her phone began to ring. She pulled it out and saw her mom calling
Sorry, Miles, I got to take this.

Miles put his thumb up as he nodded, making Peni smile. She answered the phone

She asked in a muffled tone. Miles removed his hand from her mouth

Because that's considered as a racial problem and if you're a student who says that and if the principal knows about it, that's a 3 days suspense there.

-5 Minutes Later-

The pair arrived at the cafeteria

And this is the cafe here!

Oh my! It's pretty big! She said as she looked around Huh?

Huh? Where? He said as he looked around

She said as walked over to him, she grabbed his hand and pulled him down to her face level

She slowly placed her hand in front of the spider and let it crawl on her hand

Weird... I've never seen a spider this color, green face, neon blue legs... She said as she analyzed it. She let go of Miles
Miles? Can you open the window? I need to go ahead and set the little guy free.

Miles and Peni walked over to the window. Peni put the spider on the window pane and watched it crawl out as Miles closed the window behind it

What? The spider coloration is still mind-boggling to you? He asked

Yeah... Maybe... Maybe there was something special about that spider.

Miles chuckled playfully
What do you mean? If I got by those spiders I'd get some kind of power that would make me superhuman?
He jokingly suggested

That or grow 4 more arms, and have your head morphed into a spider's face... But the possibilities are endless.
She jokingly said
