Heaven's Lamb

🐑A New Angel is Coming🐑

The golden gates of heaven gleam against the sun rays within the bright blue sky as high above the clouds held a majestic palace made of pure white marble and bordered with gold. You see, this very palace held the greatest of God's angel sons and daughters as well himself.

High above in an extravagant throne room, God looked within their all-seeing eye orb down at earth, looking into his creations very souls before their eyes caught onto a roaring chaos formed in a merciless fire destroying a family home. Their many eyes widened drastically as he took a closer look into the burning home. A young woman coughed harshly throughout the smoke as she carried her younger unconscious sibling as her middle sibling coughed in front of their older sibling. The woman continued motioning her sibling forward and handed them their younger sibling.

???: "Come on, we're almost there." She said while they kept walking carefully towards the front door to get there safely before her ears perked up hearing crackling above her siblings' heads as the door opened up. She walked over towards them to gently hug them both as tight as she could. "Remember when we were kids, that I'd do anything to protect you both?" She asked while her conscious sibling looked at her to nod while coughing as she heard fire engine sirens coming down their block. "I love you both more than anything. Remember that and live on and tell mom and dad that I love them too." She said to shove her weight forward to toss her siblings out a few feet outside onto the grass. Their awake sibling looked at their older sister with wide eyes as she smiled while a tear slowly ran down her cheek. The upper floor groaned heavily before collapsing inward and onto the young woman as well barricade the exit. The woman coughed harshly as a wooden beam pinned her to the floor through her stomach, her ears ringing as she faintly heard the firemen shouting outside through the roaring fire around her as well her sibling crying out for her. "....I....don't....regret...saving.... you both...." She whispered as her eyes began to close to slowly suffocate to death.

God frowned at what they had seen while free will is chaos in their eyes. They saw those who would use their free will for others instead of themselves, and that young woman's actions proved that by sacrificing herself to let her family live. They slowly reached towards the orb as their hands vanished into it, going down towards the dying woman and stopped her suffering to hold her soul wisp in their hands

God: "My dear daughter, so selfless, you put others before yourself even as you prayed to me. You gave prayers to those who you knew and did not. You have such a big heart full of love for everyone, I believe it's time for you to return to me, little lamb." They said while her soul began transforming to reflect her inner heart and self. "I give you a great gift, little lamb. You shall be born anew at my gates." Their voice echoed throughout heaven as their people awakened below the palace, God watched the transformation complete itself as her back began glowing bright gold than vanished from their hands. God snapped their fingers to take on their human based form to not frighten their people to summon Sera and Emily to their presence. "A new angel will be arriving at the gates soon, greet her, and bring her here. I've an important announcement to make to our people." They said as Sera and Emily flew off towards the gates when God held up a golden soul chain in their right hand to look throughout the other soul chains and held the young woman's chain around the others. "Whom is your soul mate, my daughter?" They wondered as they walked farther down the wall, nearing the first of their human children til the golden chain in their hand molded perfectly to a shiny pure white chain etched with golden hearts and baring a lamb image. "After eons... Abel's other half has been matched." They said with a soft smile

Below the palace and within the farm lands of heaven stood simple but cozy home being bathed in sunlight as a tiny winged light blue lamb was seen frolicking in the wild flowers while the angelic animal's owner sat on the home's porch playing soft music as his voice sang out.
