I had a Dream You Broke My Heart

It was some sort of game show

Where the boys got to pick their girl

You chose me

Obviously but

You seemed upset

I asked what's wrong and you responded

"This whole dumb game show"

It made me sad but I understand

In the line

Waiting to get officially married waiting behind your friends

You then said

"I only chose you cause

You were the last girl left

Who was close in age

And liked me"

I cried inside

I'll admit

That shit broke my heart
