Macabre Mortem Contest 2024

Rules

Entries must feature one of the prompts provided and adhere to Wattpad's guidelines.

Entries will be judged on things like grammar and execution of the prompt.

You must fill out a form to participate.

Writers must stick to the form of story they decided in the form (short story, novelette, novella, or novel); you may contact a judge about changing the length of story you wish to write.

Writers can write the following:
Short story (100 to 7,500 words)
Novelette (7,500 to 20,000 words)
Novella (20,000 to 40,000 words)
Novel (40,000+ words)

At the end of the competition, there will be four winners for each category picked.
