VEERA POV... 2 hrs later
I walk outside, and head to the stables.
Becuase of Geodes' aggressive attitude, I left him with the Chief of Police.
Then, as if on que, a cruser drives by.
The sirens are blarring, and the lights are flashing.
A big midnight blue head is sticking out the back window.

He makes his trademark noise at me.

GRRRRAAAARRRRKKK!

I laugh, and notice he's in a police dog vest... altered a fair bit mind you.

A young girl cries, "A wolfy! A wolfy!"
Her mom looks at me, as if knowing his rightful owner.

She walks over after her daughter goes to be with her dad.

She asks, "What was that?"
I shrug, and smile.

I tell her why Geode looks that way.
I leave out the bit about the shampoo mixing.

I've only used it once.

She nods, and asks, "What is Geode a combonation of?"

I tell her, eyebrows lowering in thought, "Dragon, Riding Wolf. Riding Tiger, and some other beasts I'm sure."

She asks, "Is he done growing?"

I shake my head.
She nods, and asks me to write down my stable name.

I do, and hand it to her.

She thanks me, and runs off.
Suddenly, I hear Geode growling.
I sprint towards the sound, and notice that I'm on the edge of an arsonist crime scene.

The Chief of Police has Geode on his leash, and Geode isn't to pleased about it.

When he sees me though, he pulls the leash from the Chiefs' hand.
He yelps in suprise, and chases after Geode.

Geode sits down right in front of me, and I scratch his head.
I grab the leash, and a police officer goes to take it from me.

I form a fist around the handle of the leash.
Then, I grab a retractable leash, and clip it on.

The Chief beckons me in, and Geode begins to sniff random items.

Then, he grabs a barrel of a revolver, and then the rest of it comes out.
He drops it at the chiefs feet, and we go back.
I simply follow Geode around, boots crucnching in the sooty remains of a two story home.

Then, he backs up, growling harshly.

The Chief comes over, and he and his men grab the big object and roll it over.

My heart races, and I look off elsewhere.

A body was what Geode found.

I lead him off, and stroke him gently to calm him.
He sits at my feet, growling in anger at who ever the arson is.

Then, a man across the street freezes looking at the crime scene.
He takes off running.

Geode roars, and literally drags me after the man.

I get back on my feet mid stride, and try to stop Geode.

No. Luck.

He grabs the man by thr back of his shirt, and shoves him to the ground.

I try to pull him off, but he looks at me as if to say he did it.
He goes into the mans' pockets, and finds matches, lighters, and a jerry can and gas recipts.

I get Geode to hold him while the Chief rushes over.
He sees the evedence, and asks the man, "Is this your?"
He's holding the gun in a clear bag.
The man curses, and a Pheonix appears beside him.

Anger boils off Geode, and I lock the leash so he doesn't kill the bird.

Then, the other officers drag the arson off.
I go to take Geode back to thee stables.

Then, the Chief stops me.

He's beaming.
He's glowing practically.

He hands me a brochure, and tells me, "You'd do great."

Then, he hops onto a huge wolf and rides away.

Wonder what this is?

I slip it into my messanger bag, and head back to the stables.

We get there in about a half hour, and then I take Geode for a quick bath and brush.

I grab the shower head, and rinse his fur.

After I shampoo, condition, and apply the wing oils, I grab his brush.
I brush his coat out, and begin to dry it with the hair dryer.

Then, a man walks in.
He turns red, and runs out.
I stand up, and notice the door ajar.
I sigh, and look at my shining Geode.

He smiles, and comments, "That was fun. We should do that more often!"
I laugh, and I hear his stomach rumbling.

I ask the lady at the desk for the cafeteria, and she points me to a small room.
I take Geode down there.

The lady gaurding the food is kind, and hands me a big plate of meat trimmings and extra fat for Geode.
She also gives me a bowl of cereal.

I find a table, and begin to eat.
I hand Geode his plat heaping with scraps, and all you can hear is the odd sound of Geode making happy grunts and raw meat being eaten by a savage thing.

He's at the end of the picnic table, and his standard leash has a big handle which is pushed up onto my arm.

A guy walks in, and looks at Geodes' face full of blood and meat.
Geode licks his lips, and goes back to eating.
The guy must be brave, because he sits down across from me.

I'm done my cereal, and I peer down at Geode.

His face is dark red, and his teeth are red. The scraps are hald gone, and the lady handing out breakfast is laughing at Geodes' antics.

That wolf really raised him to eat like one.

Geode, hearing this thought, looks at me.
He asks, suddenly concerned, "What?"
The lunchlady smirks and begins to serve the next person.

The guy jumps right out of his chair.

I hand Geode my mirror, and I can tell he's embarrassed for a few minutes. But, sensing the damage is done, goes back to savagely devouring the meat.

Then, a girl sits beside the boy who sat here earlier.

The girl asks, "Is that 67 down there?"
I nod, setting down my peanut butter and grape jelly toast I find now on my plate.

The guy seems shocked.
He comments, "None of the boys thought an animal lived there. We heard an angry voice demanding out, and assumed it was used for punishment. Or that it was haunted."

I nod, and look down at Geode.

The meat is gone, and he's licking the blood from the plate.
His eyes are aglow with pure joy.
I ask the lady what kind of meat it was, and she whispers, "Beef and pork for tonights' roast. Somebodys' cat ruined it, so I figured your big boy could finish it before anyone realized what he was eating. But, I see you need to clean his face and your boots. It looks like you were walking through ashes."

I nod, forgetting that the crime scene caused the ash.

I walk back to the table, and Geode is still trying to lick the plate.

The guy is trying to pet Geode.
I warn, "NO! DON'T!"
SNAP!
He jerks his hand up, and Geode lowers to the ground.
He growls, afriad.
I run to get Geode.
The guy asks, "Why is he so agressive? Does he not like me?"
I look at what he's wearing, and an idea cranks into my head.

I commet, "It's the white coat and black shirt. The people who abused him wore that, and he like to think eating them is the best bet to get revenge."

Geode looks away, and the entire cafeteria freezes from the moment abuse leaves my lips.

Then, one girl approaches me. A small beast is behind her.

When it comes out, Geode begins to make his odd barking sounds....
