How could you leave me
on days I feel terribly lonely
when my heart feels so fragile
and awfully vulnerable
Knowing what I'd do all night
thinking of what wasn't right
to make you leave my side
make my chest felt tight
Overthinking swallows me whole
creating a big gaping hole
when you left me with no call
staring at the phone in the empty hall
