Jacob's Pov.

Where is the doctor?!

It was almost 10 minutes and the doctor wasn't here as yet. Feeling impatient, I pick up my phone and was about to call to tell him he's fired but was inturropted by my bedroom door suddenly flying open.

There he was standing beside my maid. He looked like he had just run a marathon.

"I'm here master!" He said in between his breaths and I gesture him to come over.

Placing down his briefcase, he took a look at Sophia. "What happened?" He asked.

I turned and look to my maid and she explained everything to him. "Oh, I see" he said after listening to her explanation.

"Was she acting strange these few days?"

"Yeah. She's wakes up late, eats and goes back to sleep. This cycle has been repeated for two days now" my maid replied to his question.

"Okay and was she feeling any pain or was there any sign of pain by the way she behaved?"

"Yes, I think her stomach was hurting"

He didn't say anything after that. He just got to work. Hr tested her blood pressure and her heart beat. After about 10 to 15 minutes of checking he up, he turned to me.

"It appears that she's on her monthly cycle. She fainted because of the low hormonal levels during her menstruation. It may cause exaggerated body fluid that shifts in her as the fluid in the bloodstream moves into her body tissues which is called orthostatic hypotension. And this drop in blood pressure triggers the changes that caused her to faint." He explained and I nodded.

"A pain of a women on her monthly cycle is no joke. It's very painful so I suggest you get her to the most comfortable she can be. She should eat some healthy food that may help with the pain. I suggest Bananas, Dark chocolate, Broccoli, Oranges, Watermelons, Lemons and Egg. You should also give her a pain killer, which will help with the pain and a you should place a heating pad on her lower abdominal. That would help ease the pain also" he suggested and I took note.

"Any other thing?" I asked.

"No that's all, don't worry master, your wife will be okay. All she need is some rest and some of the things I've listed." He said and I nodded my head again before shaking his hands.

"Thank you Dr."

"No problem!" He responded while taking my hands and I went into my wallet and took out $400 and placed it in his hands.

"You can go now" I dismissed him and he left smiling happily at the sum of money in his hands.

Turning my focus back to Sophia, I instructed the maid to get some more pillows and laid them on the bed, some food that the doctor suggested and a heating pad. I left the bedroom and came back with a bottle of purified water and a painkiller in my hands.

Resting it on top of the table, I stared at her pale face just hoping that she'll wake up soon.

It's been two hours since the incident and she hasn't awaken as yet. I don't know why but I'm starting to get worried.

I was currently in the bedroom looking at her.

"So....you let her sleep in your bed now, huh?" Violet's voice was suddenly heard and I sigh before turning around.

"She's not well Violet. What should I do, let her sleep on the floor?" I asked and she folded her arms before asking.
