Chapter 12:

Avery stood in front of the boys in complete and utter shock.

"You're joking?" She asked hesitantly.

"Nope. We aren't." Luca said with a smirk.

Avery placed her hands on her hips in defiance,
"I don't believe you, not one bit! CALLUM!" Heavy footsteps could be heard heading down the stairs and Callum quickly appeared in the living room.

Callum entered the room to see Avery standing up with her hands on her hips, looking quite adorable might he add. Luca has a quirky smirk on his face and Greyson stood off to the side laughing.

"What are they doing to you now Avery?" I have Luca a joking glare.

"Callum they are trying to convince me we have a pool! They think I'm dumb!" Avery huffed out. Whenever she was annoyed her face scrunched is slightly and her lips went into a sexy pout that the boys practically died over.

Callum sauntered over to Avery and wrapped his arms around her waist,

"Princess, we do have a pool."

Avery looked wide eyed at Callum with her mouth slightly agape.

"Told you!" Luca teased. Avery turned to him,

"Oh shut it!" She then turned back to Callum, "Do you realize how many times I've been in the backyard and I have never ever seen a pool!" Avery exclaimed still quite skeptical of this mysterious pools existence.

"Well to be fair, you've never wandered off to left side of the house. It looks like there's nothing there but if you recall there's a wall there when you look at the house from the front yard." Callum tried to explain to her.

"My god! You're right! I never even thought to look over there. It looks so small anyways I just figured that's where the trash cans go. And no stables are over there so I didn't think it was of any importance." Avery plopped onto the couch and exclaimed dramatically,

"MY LIFES BEEN A LIE!" The three boys couldn't help but burst into laughter not only at her little performance but at the mere fact that she truly didn't know they had a pool.

"What's all the commotion down there." Monte descended from the stairs and joined the other four.

"Avery didn't know we had a pool!" Greyson began, "her life is forever changed!"

Chucking, Monte turned to Avery, "you didn't know we had a pool?"

"HEY ITS NOT FUNNY! NO ONE EVER TOLD ME HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!" Avery continued to pout but the boys all saw the red tint on her cheeks signaling she was embarrassed.

Monte couldn't help but tease her a little more, "Well with all those backyard explorations one would simply assume you'd notice the giant pool to the side of the house."

"You know what! Take me to this mysterious attraction!" Avery exclaimed while hopping to her feet.

And so they began the "exploration" to the mysterious pool Avery had yet to discover.

"It's giant!" Avery exclaimed while running in circles around the pool. It was rectangular and had an elevated hot tub attached to one end where water flowed from the hot tub into the pool. The pool was currently covered in a blue tarp but the marble finishing around the edges was stunning.

Callum and Luca had to admit when they walked to the pool that it was out of the way and they had truly forgotten about its existence.

"See! It's no wonder I didn't know!" Avery paused for a moment and her eyes suddenly appeared more do eyed then normal.
