Claude Nougat

Born in Brussels, brought up in Europe, Africa and America, I am both a writer (7 books published, including 2 award-winning books in Italy) and a painter (member of the Artistes Indépendants in Paris). I contribute articles to Publishing Perspectives and Impakter.  I am married and live in Rome.

...YES, my mother tongue is not English (grin), it's French - then, when I lived in Colombia, I learned Spanish but now I'm no longer too good at it, I mix it up with Italian! But (I hope) my English is pretty good (another grin!). After all, there's no secret here, I've worked all my life using English as the major means of communication - that's the way it is at the United Nations, sure, many other languages are official too and in wide use, but none like English. So at least the United Nations are (fairly) united around one language...
