@veilofetarnalshadow if you’re ever in new york or texas, i would highly recommend gong cha and to get their tea with 20-50% sugar. if not, there’s another chain called kung fu tea, which i’d also recommend with limited sugar, they have locations in most states— it’s worth checking if there’s one near you!! unfortunately in the western sphere of existence— especially the usa and canada, it’s very difficult to find authentic cultural foods in general. no matter what culture, it usually tends to get whitewashed which is unfortunate ://
digital art is not inherently better than traditional art. y’all are just assholes. grow up.
also, you’re supposed to start with traditional art for a reason? you’ll be shit at digital if you don’t learn your traditional principles first. hell, i think i’m pretty good at traditional but i’m still shit at digital because digital is the application of art theory

so basically it’s unfair that you get to take a part of our culture for your benefit but you don’t have to suffer through the same traumatic experiences that instill a sense of self-loathing in us at an early age. it’s not fair and it feels like our identities are being erased.
