This is something cool I think about Inside Out & Riley's Emotions.
For Riley's parents emotions, they all look like the parent in some way and are male like their host is. Same for other characters.
No character except for Riley has both Male & Female emotions. This is proved more in the newer movie with one emotion, or two idk, being males with the other being females (idk if they're non-binary or bigendered characters yet)
But...I think the reason her emotions don't have that certain aspect is because, one main characters, and two, Riley doesn't know who or what makes her special yet.
For the other aspect of why some emotions are girls and the others are boys in Riley's mind is...maybe Riley could be Non-Binary? Or be Bi? [I'm just making theories]. We do know that Inside Out will be one of the few, few films to have hints of LGBTQ+ things shown. This is my guess of what.

@ hawk_birds I think it's because Riley, still has to(in the 1st movie) or is going through(2nd movie) puberty and it's usually the time where people start to figure themselves out so that might be why Riley's emotions have different looks or different genders. While the other characters have their emotions looking like them because they already have themselves figured out and know what they like, eho their attracted to, ecc. Just a theory thou

The date of the movie is June 16 [the day Imma go see it with my dad]
