The air colder 
A new year older,
a little more jolly
as the house smells of holly.
The children wait for Santa on his sleigh,
That's how you know it's that special day.
But winter is more than just holidays,
it's the season of giving in different ways.
For a new resolution, goal and thought,
it's not just the presents that were nicely bought.
