1. Can you listen to sublimnals if you dont know alot of English ?
Coming from someone does not have English as my first langue, yes. As long as you know basic English with words like < I, desired, have, fast>. You will be ok!
2. Why is your results not showing up?
There is kind off alot of reasons,
Your obbsesing over your results
Your saying things like "why isn't your results here yet :("
Stop thinking like that your trying to tell your subconscious it isn't fast another , so its not going to be fast or get your results fast.
3. How do flushes work?
They get rid off afimations you dont like, such as rose sublimnals in there apply video.
4. How to know if a channel is safe?
Trust your gut, if you think a sublimnal looks odd, comments off, likes and dislike off leave. It will probably be a bad sublimnal
