Hello, Hinata! - greets Kawaki with a happy face

 

Hinata found the eldest son's behavior a little strange, she couldn't explain it, but she felt that something was off. Meanwhile, Hinata didn't notice that everyone was staring at her. Then, Naruto tried to get her attention:

Hinata? Is everything okay?

 

She looked at her husband and children, and noticed that they were all looking at her with concern.

Yes, I'm fine Naruto-kun. I just got distracted a little bit.

Naruto was still worried about his wife.

Seriously, Naruto-kun. Everthing is really fine. I was wondering if you guys would like chocolate pancakes?

Hinata hadn't completely lied. She didn't know if the kids had already eaten or if Naruto would want to eat something, since he didn't even want to touch the hospital food.

Woohoo! - Himawari and Boruto cheered

It doesn't matter to me - Kawaki replied
Whatever you want to eat Hinata, it's already great! All of your meals are wonderful!

Well then, I'm going to make chocolate pancakes for breakfast. In the meantime I want you to go upstairs and change your clothes before you go to eat.

Yes ma'am! - they all said

 

After half an hour:

Get down, people! The pancake is ready!
We are coming - everyone shouted from above

 

While Hinata was setting the table, her family came down to help her. However, when they went to eat, Naruto, Himawari, Kawaki and Boruto just stared at their plates.

huh? Did something happen? Didn't like the pancake? I can do something else if you want.

NO! - they shouted

Hinata was startled by their scream.

That's not the problem, mom! - says Boruto

Your food looks delicious - Naruto replies happily looking at his wife
Yes! - Himawari confirms her father's speech

Hinata doesn't understand anything:

You were looking forward to eating and now you don't want anymore?
But we had forgotten that we already ate - replies Kawaki

Yes! - Himawari and Boruto confirm

Hinata understood the children's explanation, but then looked at Naruto curiously:

Naruto kun, I spent the whole night with you at the hospital. You didn't want to eat the food there and neither did mine. Are you sure it's everything okay? I can call Sakura...

NO! - Everyone screams

I mean… I'm fine, honey! Do not worry. I'm just not that hungry right now" Naruto replied with a forced smile.

Ok - Hinata said understandingly

Hinata looked at her family who stared at her. This was very strange and she managed to find out if something happened. Yeah, before they wanted to eat and now they lose their appetite out of nowhere.

"I just hope it's not a big deal" - Hinata thought
