➼For the personality, you could have anything really- we see a wide variety in familiars, just like in people- they can go from snarky and mean to well meaning and sweet.Its important to have a familiar whose genuinely well meaning & cares about you, but that doesnt mean they cant be sassy or have snarky responses
➼Its good to have a familiar who can also be a good friend of yours, make sure that your familiar is somebody who you would genuinely get along with.think of what qualities you want them to have and manifest them.
➼think of them as your ideal friend- someone who looks out for you and keeps you in shape, but can also joke with you from time to time
➼another good thing to keep in mind is their likes and dislikes- do they like certain foods? Are they interested about the human world?

➼as we know, familiars grant user's ability to transform into their magical form, with some sort of transformation item.but its important to think about what other abilities they have
➼ most familiars can float/fly, whether they have wings or not.This could be useful for both them & you and you should consider giving them the ability to fly.
➼Powers should be practical- like the ability for them to transport your transformation item to you, or erase memories incase anybody sees you transform.powers should be based off of things to PROTECT your civilian identity.You should also be logical about what powers you give, like, if they come from space, they should be able to breathe without oxygen.
➼Now that we've gone over all of that, we can get into taking care of your familiar, hiding them, etc.
𝙇𝙄𝙁𝙀 𝙒𝙄𝙏𝙃 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙁𝘼𝙈𝙄𝙇𝙄𝘼𝙍 ˏˋ°•*⁀➷
➼if they are an animalistic type, they can be passed off as just an average animal, meaning you can take them out in public and be less wary about people seeing them, its only when they use their powers you should be worried about people seeing them
➼Okay, they might be immortal & stuff but..every living thing needs to eat, right? You should feed them nutrients & such that will refuel their powers + energy.You should keep a snack on you at all times so you can feed them & recharge them for your next battle
➼if your familiar is the small, alien type, you CANNOT take it out in public due to ita appearance- however there is a way to take them around this..and that is... ✨Bags✨ any sort of pocket, purse, bag, etc. can be enough to hold your familiar, as alien types are pretty small.
➼being an animalistic type, they can pass off as a pet, and you can keep them at home, your perants not batting an eyelid. But again, if their an alien type, you should give them a little space in your room- something small like a drawer or shoebox.
➼remember, your familiar is your PERMINATE ROOMATE.they will ALWAYS be in your room, if not with you 24/7. So make sure their always in your sight!
