Joy sat on Erael's bed as they talked about different topics that had come to mind. It was almost 9pm and it was way past Joy's curfew but she was not stressed about it because she knew that her mother was knocked out and she had the house key.
"So it's 18 because it's 9 and 9?". Erael asked
Joy rolled her eyes, "Yeah that's how math works". she said
"And 10 because it's 6 and 4?". Erael asked in anticipation
Joy smiled, "see you get it now". She said
Erael smirked, "Who dropped you off here?". She asked
"A friend". Joy said
"What's the name of this friend?". She asked
Joy shook her head. She knew that Sage wouldn't like it if she spoke about him especially to Erael because he has expressed how he didn't like or trust her.
"I can't say but we've known each other for a while". She briefed
Erael shrugged, "okay. You know Brian got some chick knocked up?". She informed her friend
Joy shook her head, "nope but i kind off knew something like this would happen". She said
Erael laughed, "what?". she said asking her friend to elaborate
Joy scoffed, "C'mon, do you trust him?"
Erael scratched her head, "With some things". She answered truthfully
Joy shook her head, "see?, so did y'all break up?". she asked
Erael shrugged, "No, I'm just not talking to him. I wanna break up with him because he cheated on me but i love him so much". She said
"Do what makes you happy, be selfish with your decision". Joy advised and sent a text to Sage telling him she was okay
"Aren't you ever gonna date?". Erael asked
Joy shrugged, "are boys going to help me pass?, will they get me my dream house?, there's how you'll get your answer". She said smartly
Joy was not against a relationship at all, it just wasn't her focus or something that stayed on her mind. If she was meant to be in relationship, then so be it but until then, she wouldn't stress or take initiative on a relationship.
Erael's phone rang, "oh, it's him. I'll take this outside". She said getting up from her bed
"You'll be okay in here?". She asked Joy
Joy nodded her head and yawned, "Yeah, I'm taking a power nap, wake me up when you're done". She said laying on her back and closed her eyes with her arm over them
Erael shrugged, "Okay". She said and left the room
Joy sighed soon fell into a state of sleep.

Joy felt someone touch her and woke up but as soom as she tried to stretch, her arms were pinned on the bed and she opened her eyes to find Erin with an evil smile on his face which sent her brain into a mayday and she was going crazy.
She tried to get up and pry his hands odf her but he was too strong and she soon began to cry in pain and panic.
"Erael, era-". She tried screaming for her but Erin's hold on her wrists got tighter which made her cry in pain
"Erin let me go please, Erin!". She cried
Erin took out a tie from his pocket and tied her hands and feet with it as she begged for him to let her go but he didn't listen and then began to beat on her.
