When a famine hit the area of Pocatello, babies started starving.
The mothers hated the cries of their hungry babies and caused some of them to go mad.
To prevent them from going mad and so their sweet children would not die of starvation. Some of the mothers took their babies to a nearby river.
They held them underwater until the children eventually drowned.
Legend has it that the babies turned into eel children and now haunt that river, tricking people and searching for other kids to murder. So if you go swimming on a hot day, near Pocatello. Who knows what can happen...
