The trial round began. Team A served. (The team on left side). Chan served the ball, and Hyunjin managed to hit it back. The game went smoothly until Changbin hit it and Mioko tried to hit back but missed.
They tried again, and managed to play smoothly for a while, and decided they were ready to start the actual match. "The first to score 10 points wins?" Chan asked everyone.
"Make it fifteen," Han said.
"Alright, 15 it is," Chan settled.
Chan served again, Jeongin hit it back. Felix passed the ball, which was successfully passed back by Mioko. Minho missed.
"How can you already lose a point to them," Seungmin complained.
Minho smiled to laugh it off as he picked up the ball, "sorry~ won't happen again," he said as he served.
In team B, Hyunjin was playing well, probably because he was the tallest, but Azalea was also playing surprisingly well! Hyunjin and Azalea Became the GOAT players of the team.
When the points were 4 : 5, Changbin served te ball, but that went straight and hit Mioko's face, "ow," she said, ducking her head down and covering her face.
Everyone was like, 'you okay?' but of course, it's Mioko. Han and Minho, from two opposite directions, ran to her aid. Both asking 'you okay? Lemme see your face?'
She eventually got over the embarrassment of being hit in the face and said, "nah I'm good, let's continue playing!"
"You sure?" Han asked, he turned to Minho only to realise he was glaring at him.
"Yes Han!" Mioko said, smiling.
"C'mon guys Mioko's not that weak!" Eliana yelled at Minsung. "She can take a hit alright? Stop treating her like a damsel in distress," she added.
That finally made minsung let go of the matter. They walked back to their original spots, glaring at eachother.
When the points were 7:5, Felix and Minho both went for the ball and ended up colliding and falling. Of course papa Chan came to their aid and made sure they were okay.
After a good match, Team B won, the score was 13:15. When Team B won, Eliana, Mioko and Azalea cheered and hugged each other, while Hyunjin, Jeongin and Han did the same, but more AGGRESSIVELY.
As they made their way back inside the house, Azalea said, "well thank God Minho was in that team, because they have to make our lunch!"
"Right!" Hyunjin agreed.
They went inside, and sat in the living room area to rest up again. Everyone was now wondering how they could complete their missions, because half the day was already over.
Changbin decided to do his mission, he took out his phone, and pretended to open Instagram and scroll on reels. He sneakily tried to take a picture of Puppy seungmin.
But seungmin caught on that Changbin wasn't scrolling reels. So changbin changed his Target to Felix. And easily, his mission was completed.
Bangchan stressed about how he was going to complete his mission. Seungmin decided, the best person for his mission is Felix. He turned to Felix, and said "you're cute," and just like that, his mission was done.
"What is for lunch?" Jeongin asked his hyungs that had lunch duty.
"Instant ramen," Minho said, still slightly bitter about losing.
"Nuh uh hyung, you have to make an actual meal," Hyunjin said.
"I don't want to," Minho said.
"You have to, it's your fault you played bad," Hyunjin said, for the sake of his mission.
He had succeeded, but at what cost?
Minho glared at him now, "hyunjin-ah, how about tissues for lunch? Or should I feed you to everyone else for lunch?" He said, getting up and making his way to Hyunjin.
Hyunjin freaked out, and Became the embodiment of 'lemme tell u something, lemme tell u something!' as everyone else laughed at his misfortune.
"Minho, be gentle," Chan said, but he was ignored.
"It was for my mission! Hyung!" Hyunjin yelled at Minho grabbed him.
"Mission? You completed a mission?" Minho stopped to ask.
"Wait no! That's one more person we couldn't stop from completing a mission!" Jeongin whined.
"We need to be really careful now on," Jisung said, with a 'serious' expression.
After 10 minutes of talking, everyone lost guard again. Azalea looked at Hyunjin's hand, which was placed on the couch right next to her. She thought about whether it would be okay if she used his hand for her mission.
'it's for the drama and spice,' she told herself, as she slowly crept her hand towards Hyunjin's. She slowly touched his hand, and then held it gently. Hyunjin flinched a little, and looked at his hand.
When he turned to look at the interlocking hands, Azalea had already turned away to face everyone else, and talked with utmost casualty. Seeing how casual she was about it, Hyunjin decided not to say anything.
However, he could not stay calm, it bothered him, but not in a bad way. He liked it, but he also found it hard to sit still. He scooted closer to Azalea and held her hand firmly.
Why? Because he believed that maybe he felt so restless because of the gentle touchy touchy hand hold, and so held onto is firmly to make it go away. But he made it worse.
Because now, Both him and Azalea were freaking the freak out internally.
