I know all this sounds like every other person out there,
And I can't say something that will exclude me,
But,
Someone, please help me,
I don't know what to do,

This is what anxiety feels like to me. I wrote this when I was having one of my worst anxiety attacks I've ever had. I know this makes me sound like an attention whore, but just getting these feelings into words is helping. Sorry it's not that good.
