I've been on HRT for four months now, and some of the effects have already kicked in.
The positive effects of HRT are softer skin, fat redistribution, possibly a higher voice, and growing tits. But, effects like a lowered sex drive/height and shrinking of the genitalia made me think twice about starting it.
Speaking of shrinking, I heard this trans girl in a video shrank by an inch and half or two. The audio used was from a cartoon known as SpongeBob. The audio was Plankton saying "I can deny it no longer! I am small". I personally found it kind of funny. Also, if the shrinking thing ever ends up happening to me, it's fine because I'm really tall.
Also, I'm used to the negative effects I mentioned earlier by now.
