For tucking, like I mentioned in the chapter about dysphoria, I use a gaff. But, I don't wear it while sleeping or swimming. I think it should be used the same way as a binder (I'm talking about when it shouldn't be used), but it's for your, erm...you know-
In case you don't know what a gaff is, it's a special type of underwear (American words are confusing-) designed for tucking. A gaff makes your you-know-what practically invisible if put on correctly.
I've also seen a life hack for making your own tucking device (that you would wear with underwear) with parts of leggings and pantyhose, and she showed what it looked like with it on (she had trousers on, of course), and it seemed interesting. But, I didn't do that sadly. 😂
So, I'd say the gaff is working fairly well for me.
