Naruto and Naruko are considered hero's of the leaf village after they stopped Momoshiki. The sad part about being hero's of the leaf they've died due to using to much of their charka but for the 2 it was well worth it. After they died they went somewhere else as they see threw the eyes of 2 quirkless kids out of 4 as they were in the body of Izuku and Izumi. After learning of who they are they decided to go with it and have both of the twins take their powers. With Izuku and Izumi both are considered quirkless as they wanted to be hero's but couldn't. Both of the twins learned about the Uzumakis power and was trained heavily as they will show the best hero's in Japan.
