Known as the mask vigilante Izuku has been impressing the citizens as they see him as a true hero. Hero's on the other hand doesn't like the fact that he's working outside of the law as they been trying to capture him but as they did they failed every time as he either gets away or the citizens were there to have his back. What the hero's failed to realize is that Izuku has diplomatic immunity to be a vigilante due to saving the hero president before.
