Knock Knock

I knew that my nap would be short lived

"Come in" I yelled out

Shayla walked in rubbing her hands together

"How are my two favorite patients?" She cheesed logging into the committee next to me

"God. His next feeding is in about thirty minutes" I told her letting out a yawn

"That good, well I got all of his results from this morning and everything seems to be looking great other than his weight. He is a bit smaller than Dr.Woods would like but she said as long as we continue to monitor his weight with weekly visits than he could be ready to go home"

"Oh thank god. Don't get me wrong Ms.Shayla you have been amazing but i can't wait to get out of here"

"Mmmh just remember to take care of yourself as well. You are going to be an amazing mother" she smiled looking at me

We went over a couple of things before she went to get my discharge stuff ready

"Ok Loyal, which of your daddies should I call to come get you?" I asked, looking at him. He didn't mover or anything

I am still in a lot of pain from the surgery so I'm gone need help

I FaceTimed Domo since I'm need a lot of help

"Wassup mamas, how is my baby doing?" He asked as soon as it connected

"Good. The doctor said he is small... but that's not why I called you.... Will you come get us?" The line went silent for a second

"Come get y'all like y'all coming home Jayda?" He asked smiling when I nodded

"I leave y'all ass for one day and y'all asses get discharged. I'm on the way mamas. Where my lil nigga?" I showed him Loyal who was starting to cry

"Awww see he know I ain't been there all day. Here I come son"

He hung up and not too long after walked into the room

"Wassup mamas" he said kissing me

"Hey"

The nurse came in soon after and helped me get dressed while He dressed Loyal for me and did the car seat check

We said our goodbyes and was finally able to leave

"Dominique drive slow" Domo drives like a bat outta
Hell and I'll be damn

"Don't start with me Jayda" he grumbled turning into traffic

"Aye mf watch out I got a baby in this bitch" Domo yelled out the window swerving

Loyal started to stir in his sleep "Dominique so help me god it will be us visiting you at the hospital if you chill out"

After twenty minutes of torture we finally pulled up to my apartment

Domo helped me out and grabbed Loyal as I unlocked the door

He sat this car seat before grabbing out bags

Loyal was looking at me with those beautiful eyes "alright Loyal this is your new home. Your stuck with me now kid" I told him picking him up out the car seat

It felt good to be home with my baby

"Mamas i gotta go get Dj from my moms" Domo said walking in the living room

I gave him a quick nod and he kissed both of our heads before walking out the house

Hello?

Hey baby, i know you just got in with the baby and is probably tired but do you think you can watch Dj for me? Ive called Domonique and he said he was on the way but that was last night. And i need-

Wait, Dj is still with you? Domonique left at about 5 saying he had to go get him.

I dont know hunny but i am starting to get really worried

Its ok. Ima call around and see whats going on. In the mean time, do you think you could drop him off, if not ill come pick him up

Thank you so much baby, i can drop him off to you in about 10 to 15 minutes

Phone call over

I got up and took my pain medicine before picking up the baby and heading down the stairs. Between the stitches and the baby it took me forever to make it down the stairs

I laid Loyal down in his crib before going to straighten the living room and kitchen before knocks on the door interrupted me grove.

"Hey handsome ive missed you so much" i told him as he hugged my legs

"I missed you this much" Dj cheesed stretching his arms as wide as they could go

" Thats alot Dj!" I laughed

"Where is Loyal"

"He is sleeping right now"

"Hey baby, how you feeling?" Domo's mom greeted as she entered the kitchen

"I'm ok just a little tired. Everything is so new and I don't know if I'm doing it right, you know?"

"I totally get that baby, but you'll get the hang of it soon" she gave me a small smile before saying our goodbyes and she headed out

"Ayda I can hold tha baby now" dj ran in the kitchen yelling

"Yea when he wake up you can hold him"

"Him is! Him eyes open"

"Okay okay let's wash ya hands first baby"
After we washed his hands we walked to LA's crib and he was indeed awake looking around

"Well hello handsome" i said as i picked him up

"Dj, get a diaper and wipes so we can change him first"
Dj grabbed the stuff before we walking into my room and got up on the bed

I quickly changed him, fed him, and burped him before giving him to Dj.

"Ayda he's so small" dj laughed "him gon be like this forever?"

"No baby. He's gonna grow and be big like you one day." The thought made me sad a lil.
"Let's call daddy, see where he is " i facetimed D the times with no answer and i was a lil worried to say the least

Dj gave loyal back to me and watched Yt until he fell asleep
