Harry Potter was born in 1980. He was 17 in 1997 which means he was in his 7th year at Hogwarts. 19 years later means 2016. That's the year when Albus Severus Potter goes to Hogwarts for the first time.
Albus has an older brother, James, who goes to Hogwarts for the first time 1 year before him. Which means James starts his first year at Hogwarts in 2015.
Harry Potter's first child is going to Hogwarts this September.
