Bismillahi rahmani raheem
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Most Merciful

When it comes to suhur, you don't have to make it a great feast, just like iftar. However, you should eat things that will make you full throught the day. For me, pancakes, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and peanut butter suffice me for the entire day. Basically carbohydrates and proteins.

To those of you just who don't eat *hesitantly raises hand* due to a disorder of some of some sort for whatever reason, EAT SOMETHING or else your family and friends will drive you nuts.

I know from experience.

Plus, the Prophet (pbuh) did say that even just eating a tamr (date) for suhur has barakah in it. So take advantage of it.

And that's all from me from today, wa asselamu alaikum, peace ✌🏼
