Octobers POV

I'm not stupid, I've been noticing the people Oscar sent out to watch over me, and I appreciate it, but I don't need it. I've taken care of myself my entire life and I don't need a babysitter now. Now don't get me wrong, I know what I did was wrong, and I know that there will be retaliation which is why I got ahold of a friend back home. My friend Ty, was in the same gang my dad was in, he did a lot of the dirty work. My relationship with Ty was odd, we were on and off romantically, but our friendship stayed solid. Ty was the one person I knew who would always have my back, and he knew I'd always have his. Ty has been trying to get out of vegas for awhile, and being in this situation, It wouldn't hurt to have another working person, along with some protection, so I called him and he got the next flight out.

Since Ty wouldn't be here till later in the evening I decided to let Oscar know that I don't need his babysitting service. Walking up the pathway I notice Oscar sitting on the top step, while all his other friends are scattered throughout the yard, smoking, drinking, or working out. "Hey Oscar," I called out, causing him to look up at me, and all his other friends to stop what they're doing and do the same. "I need you to tell you're people to leave me alone, I don't need your protection, I have my own." I said, I waited for him to respond, but his eyes shifted behind me, and all his friends stood up, getting into a defensive stance. Confused, I turned around and saw Celia standing beside Ty. "Ty!, what the hell I thought your plane landed later tonight" I said running up to hug him, which was hard considering he was 6'7. "I texted you earlier, I got the opportunity to get an early flight, dumbass" He said hugging me back, and giving me a quick kiss on the cheek. I heard Oscar clear his throat. "Oscar, this is my friend Ty, Ty this is Oscar." I said motioning them to each other. Ty stuck his hand out, to dab Oscar up, but Oscar just looked at his hand. Ty looked at me and laughed. "Aight, I'm heading back to the house to unpack." "I'll be right behind you" I said, I looked at Oscar, "What's your problem?" I asked, He took a drag of his cigarette and then put it out. "Is that your man?" He asked looking at me, "Ty?, no, he's just my best friend from back home, he came down to help me out, with bills and Adrian." I said, I have to admit it was weird, Oscar seemed threatened by Ty. Oscar shook his head, "You know, I could've helped you out with adrian, and if you needed money you could've just asked hermosa." Oscar said. I couldn't help but laugh, "Oscar, you literally said I was on my own the moment you found out Adrian was fucking around with the prophets, and I don't see what this is a big deal, Ty is just a friend, and even if he wasn't, it shouldn't matter to you." After that I turned around, and walked back to the house.

I had just got done helping Ty unpack and started making diner. I was chopping up the green peppers when I felt Ty's hands massaging my back, "Oh god, that feels so good, I can't remember the last time I had a back massage." I said setting down the knife, enjoying the relaxing feeling. "You're so tense ma" Ty said, "Mhm" I mumbled, I felt his lips brush against my neck, and his body get closer to mine, "I missed you O," I turned around and wrapped my arms around his neck, "I missed you too Ty," Our lips connected, and his hands grabbed the back of my legs, Lifting me up, and taking me into the bedroom. But I couldn't help but have the thought of Oscar cross my mind.

I woke up early and started breakfast for Ty, and I since Celia stayed at monse's and Adrian was getting tutored by Ruby. "Hey O," I turned around saw Ty putting his shoes on getting ready to leave, "I have a meeting, but I should be back before dinner time." He said walking towards me. "You already got a job?" I asked Putting eggs and some bacon on a plate for him, "You don't know?" he questioned, "Know what?" I said confused as hell. "The gang's been expanding, I have a meeting with some other members to get the Aces going here in freeridge" He said. I felt my heart drop all the way down to my ass, "Ty there's already a gang war going on here between the Santos and the Prophets, we can't just throw another gang into the mix!" I said raising my voice. "Chill ma, I'm meeting with the head of the santos, We're in talks of forming an alliance." he said kissing my head. "Wait, you're meeting with Oscar?" I asked, "No O, the head head, like the super leader." He said laughing a little, "Wait, then why do you have to meet with them?" I asked following him to the door. "Because I'm the leader of the Aces, I took over." He said kissing my head and walking out the door. I stood there staring at the door Ty had just walked out of, "Oh shit" I said grabbing my head, "What just happened".
