My birthday

I woke up to the sound of someone yelling

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY"

"Nanny what time is it" I asked

"7:15" she said

"Uhhhh" I said then sat up

"Happy birthday honey" she said with a smile then hugged me

"Thank you nanny" I said while hugging her back

"I've already started a bath for you" she said

"Thanks" I said then got up

I walked in the bathroom to see tons of bubbles and a coffee from Starbucks waiting for me. I undressed then got into the bath then looked at my phone.

"Happy birthday bestie" said a message from Aaliyah

"Happy birthday I love you bestfriend" read a message from Heather

"Happy birthday baby I love you" read a message from Chad

Then I began reading through tons of birthday wishes on snap chat and Instagram. I finished taking a bath then got dressed. I put on a black skirt with a blue button up shirt and white heels. I headed out to get my nails and toes done then went back home. It was 10:45 and the house was already filled with people cooking and cleaning. I was just about to start my hair and makeup when my phone rang from an unknown number

"Hello" I said

"Aliceion" the voice asked

"Yes" I asked

"It's um it's Freddie I bought you a birthday gift and I wanted you to come outside and get it it's okay if you don't want to I just wanted to let you know" he said

"Where are you" I asked

"Outside your house" he replied

"Okay I'm coming" I said then ran outside

I looked around for a moment then realized he was hiding behind a tree

"What are you doing" I asked

"I don't want your mother to see me" he said then handed me a small box

"Wait until after I leave to read the letter" he said

"Okay" I said then opened the small box to see a small necklace

"I got it for you when you were a baby but your mother wouldn't let me give it to you I know you probably don't want it now but I thought you should have it" he said

"Thank you" I said

"I love it" I said then hugged him

"I should be going" he said then began to walk away

"How did you know where I lived" I asked

He said nothing but pointed to Brandon's house then walked off

I went back inside then opened the letter

Dear Aliceion,

I wanna start off by saying I'm so sorry for the way I treated you when you came by I was terrified to see you, when you were a baby I was doing very bad things and your mother and I were in a secret relationship because we were from two different families her parents found out and made us break up.when she found out she was pregnant she pushed me away. When she had you I tried to reconnect with her but she wouldn't allow me to when you were only three months old she got married, she changed her name and moved away and we never spoke again. When you came and found me I had no idea what was going on so I told you to go away I'm so sorry I truly do want to get to know you if you'll allow me to. Like I told Brandon to say I'm sorry I'm not the father that you want and that you deserve I'm sure your stepfather is a great man. I hope you like your birthday gift. I truly understand if you do not want me in your life I just wanted to let you know that I want to be in it and happy birthday.
