"I'm going to kiss you. So, if you don't want me to, say something now." He replied breathily.

I blinked a few times. Did I hear right? His face was moving closer to me in slow motion, he was giving me time to back out. I couldn't stop the bubbly feeling in my stomach at what was about to happen.

Sure I've kissed before but it was only ever him. It was never a full-blown makeout session though. What if I'm no good? I don't even know how to do it properly. This is too embarrassing.

'Let him take the lead. Follow him.'

I held my breath as he tenderly pressed his lips to mine. My eyes went wide as tingles exploded throughout my body. I fluttered my eyes closed and let out the breath I was holding. He kissed me gently, his lips were so soft and inviting. I had no idea what I was doing, maybe if I just follow his movements, it'll work!

He snaked his hand around to the back of my neck, he tilted my head slightly and deepened the kiss. A breathy moan escaped passed my lips causing me to jerk back. I blushed and glanced down, "I'm sorry." I whispered. He chuckled softly, "What are you sorry for?" He asked, circling his thumb just below my ear. I looked up at him and frowned. "I don't know." I muttered, "I've just never made that sound before." I admitted, trying to hide my face in my hands.

He pulled my hands away from my face, "That sound you made is completely normal." He replied, his eyes whirling between black and blue again. "In fact, that might just be my favourite sound in the world." He smirked.

A breath caught in my throat again. Goddess, he was trying to kill me. I let out the breath shakily, "I don't know how to do this." I admitted, lowering my gaze away from him. "Hey," He lifted my chin to meet his eyes, "You have nothing to fear from me." He comforted.

I shook my head, "No, I meant... I don't know... how to kiss properly." I muttered, my face probably blushing a nice shade of crimson right now. A look of realization crossed his face, he smiled sweetly at me. "Oh, believe me, you have nothing to worry about." He smirked. I furrowed my brows at him have confused.

He chuckled and shook his head. He took my hand and led me over to the sofa. "Don't think too much, just go with it. I promise it will come naturally." He said as he sat on the sofa, pulling me down with him.

I wanted to kiss him again. I wanted to feel him against me. "Could we... maybe try again?" I asked, turning to face him. He twisted his body so he was crossed legged in front of me.

It felt like I was a teenager. I've seen movies where girls get their first kiss. They have no idea what they're doing. It never shows the awkwardness, it's like they automatically know which way to move.

"Stop overthinking, clear your mind." He said, taking ahold of my hands. I took a deep breath and linked my fingers through his. "Close your eyes." He whispered. I closed my eyes and felt him move closer, his knee grazed mine and I swear my whole body ignited. I felt his breath on my neck, I lolled my head to the side as he brushed his lips against my neck.

"You're so beautiful, Amaris." He breathed against my neck, causing shivers up and down my body. He peppered light feathery kisses up my neck and along my jaw. I pulled my bottom lip between my teeth to stop any sounds. "You don't have to shy away from me." He murmured, "Open your eyes, baby," I opened my eyes and stared at him.

His pupils were blown. Lust swirling around his eyes. He leaned forward, planting his lips firmly over mine, keeping his eyes fixed on me. His tongue swiped at my lip. I gulped giving him the opportunity to tug gently on my lip. I groaned, my eyes went wide and I tried to pull away. His hand wrapped around my back, pulling me against him.

"Don't be embarrassed. Let yourself feel." He uttered through our link. I closed my eyes, and before I knew it my hands were grasping onto his shirt, hanging on for dear life. The emotions I was feeling through his kiss were overwhelming. He tightened his hold on me, deepening the kiss. A breathy moan escaped my lips again but this time I wrapped my arms around his neck and rose on my knees, pressing myself against him.

A hoarse growl vibrated from his throat, the tingly feeling I've grown accustomed to was making itself known. I whined, pressing my thighs together. We were moving in perfect sync together, his hands pressed firmly into my hips, holding me in place. "Please," I moaned, tugging on the back of his hair. I don't know what I'm pleading for. My emotions are all over the place. I'm aching between my legs, there's a throbbing sensation and it's driving me crazy.

He tangled his fingers through my hair and pulled my head back. I groaned as he slipped his tongue in my mouth. I halted, now what was I supposed to do? "Massage my tongue with yours." I did as he said. Our tongues battling together in an open mouth kiss, the ache was getting worse.

I hated that I was so inexperienced. If I wasn't I'd know how to sort this stupid ache out and I would know how to kiss him. I groaned into the kiss, I wasn't giving it my all and I knew he could probably sense it.

He pulled away, breathless. I sat there on my knees feeling rather self-conscious. "Are you ok? This was too soon wasn't it?" He sighed. I shook my head and sat back down. "No, it wasn't. I just hate that I don't know things as you do." I whispered. "It's all new to me, all these feelings and I don't know what to do about them." I groaned. His lips turned up into a huge grin and his eyes lit up. "Amaris, this is new to me too. You're my mate, everything is new." He beamed. "We can take this really slow, there's no rush." He added, smiling.

I offered him a smile and nodded. "What do you we get out of here?" He questioned, standing up holding his hand out. I grinned and placed my hand in his. He squeezed my hand as he pulled me up. I chuckled as we went towards the door. The door swung open and Ezra rushed in. He was out of breath and trying to speak. "Take a breath." Rhydian laughed. "There's an injured wolf at the border. He's not one of ours." He panted.
