It was late in the afternoon and I was  just waking me because Liyah and I had a great talk last night .

Today was Friday and Liyah was taking me to get my hair and nails done.

I got up and went to the bathroom and started the shower and I waited for it to get hot.

"Today is just another day" I said to myself

I grab my tooth brush and wet it under the water then adding the toothpaste then under the water again.

After I finish I brush my teeth and I go into the shower.

After I get out the shower and getting dressed in some sweats and a tank top. I walk downstairs and see liyah cooking in the kitchen.

"Good morning bestie" I say sitting down at the counter

"Good morning my bestie westie" she says Cooking the waffles

"The waffles actually seem good bestie"I say shocked

"Thank you there almost done and I made you some chocolate chip waffles I know you love them"

"I used to after Chris told me that chocolate chip waffles made me fat I don't like to eat them no more " I say looking down

"Desi fuck Chris that nigga was stupid " Liyah says laughing

I laugh" I guess you are right"

"Hea girl and I'm watch you" she says handing me my plate and some water

"Thank you" I say laughing picking up the fork and picking at that food

"Destiny" Liyah says giving me a stern look

"Okay miss mama bear " I say laughing taking a bite of the waffle

"Liyah if I own a hair salon why can't I just do are hair for us" I say taking a sip of water

"Desi because this weekend is your break and I know your a work acholic and you don't give yourself a break " Liyah says stuffing her mouth

"I like to work it helps me escape "

"I understand that Desi but I've known you for too long you need a break"

"Okay I guess I'm kinda ready for this party " I say smiling

"I'm glad you are let's head out we going to the hair appointment first " Liyah says grabbing her plate and mines

"You did Desi your getting better " she says giving me a smile

"Thank you" I say getting up and grabbing my purse

"Let's go girll" Liyah says as we walk out the door
