The nurse came to check Elly out and it seemed like she was getting better, it was early in the morning and I was hoping they wouldn't start crying, I wanted her to have enough sleep.
Nurse: so have you decided on the name for the girls
Enzo: yes the first one will be Rumani and the second one Nakiya
Nurse: mhm very unique names nice
She handed me the papers with the baby names and information.
Nurse: please feel free to take everything in the bottom drawer and by Tomorrow she'll be able to go home
Enzo: thank you so much
She got out and as the door closed shut the babies started crying, I looked at Elly and she immediately woke up
You: babies
I took them to her and placed them on her laps
Enzo: good morning love
You: good morning
I kissed her forehead but she looked up at me. I grabbed her neck and kissed her passionately.
You: *giggle* move

I looked down and they opened their eyes for the first time.
You: ohh my gosh so pretty
Enzo: very pretty eyes
They had very bright brown eyes and they were very big. I looked at Elly and she was smiling
Enzo: very beautiful
She rubbed their cheeks with her thumbs, I saw a tear drop fall on Nakiya's forehead and I immediately knew she was crying
Enzo: talk to me baby
You:.....
Enzo: I'm listening baby
You:.....I couldn't wait for them to come out but n-now that they're out, I don't know what to do
Enzo: Elly Sterling I know it's to much for you right now but I promise you,you can do this and not every mom is the perfect mother ok, you can't learn everything in day you learn as you go.

You: *nod*..... gosh they're so pretty
Enzo: yes they are

The doctor rushed in and they had a basket of gifts
Doctor: my intern wanted me to give you this as a thank you gift for letting her be apart of your delivery, although she did vomit after that *laugh*.
You: ohh I really appreciate it thank you so much and I hope she's well, tell her I wish her a good career
Doc: I'll definitely tell her and congratulations on the babies
Enzo&Elly: thank you
Doc: anytime *smile*
They handed it to Enzo and he put it on the chair.

An hour later a nurse came in with the rest of the paperwork.
Nurse: so maam you're fit to be discharged today but if you want to stay until tomorrow you're very welcomed
You: no I can go home today I really need some sleep
Nurse: sure no problem, would you need help to put on your clothes and much more?
You: no thank you um he will be helping me
Nurse: *smile* sure
I looked down at the babies and they were still drinking their milk, the other stopped unlatching from the breast I guess she was full.
She put Nakiya across her lap and she was trying to burp Rumani but she started crying so loudly.
Enzo: I'll burp her don't worry
She handed him over to me and I slightly tapped her back and she finally burped. But she didn't stop so I went to the changing table and changed her diaper
Enzo: oh my god that's a lot babygirl
You: *laugh* don't say that
Enzo: why is it yellow
You: because she's just started digesting my milk
Enzo: ohh
I put a new one on her and she was just looking at me. I took her in my arm and rocked her to sleep.
Enzo: ok she's out
You: her too but her diaper is clean
I laid them down and Elly wanted help to go to the toilet. She could walk but she just needed support. As I set on the toilet I felt blood gushing out and I was disgusted and scared but the doctor said it was normal. I tried to bend down and clean myself but I just couldn't
You: Enzooo
Enzo: yes I'll help you
He removed his clothes and got in with me
You: no no there is b-
Enzo: what blood? Baby I don't mind the blood and come let's hurry so you can eat and sleep Aaron dropped of food
He cleaned me and then himself I watched him rinse the soap of his body and it made me smile so hard.
Enzo: I can feel you looking Mami
He turned around and he got even closer, he bit his lip and leaned in and kissed me.
Enzo: thank you for risking your life for them
