Chapter Five : He Wants Us Dead
~ Laurin's P.O.V~
I ran as fast as I could, yet he still caught up to me within a few seconds. I was tackled to the ground again and pinned under Alex.
" What? " I asked with a smirk.
Alex shot me a look.
" Ok I'll stay. For real " I said with a smile.
Alex walked behind some trees and shifted. He came out wearing a pair of shorts. I have to admit, he had a nice eight pack.
" See something you like? " He asked with his own smirk.
" Seen better " I lied.
" Now we both know that's a lie " He said as he picked me up.
" I can walk " I said.
" Can't trust you not to run " He smiled.
" It's not like I was leaving " I mumbled.
" You couldn't anyways, I would find you " He replied.
" Why do you think I didn't go with my squad " I said.
" Cause you wove me " Alex said in a baby voice
" In your dreams " I replied.
" I dream about a lot more than you just loving me. Normally it's a different kind of loving going on " He laughed.
" Pervert " I said with a smile.
" Am not " Alex argued.
" Are so " I argued.
" LAURIN! " Someone yelled suddenly.
I jumped out of Alex's arms and saw Abigail, Nick and Darrick running towards us.
" What are you doing here? " I asked.
" The King. He put out a warrant " Nick explained.
" For all of us " Darrick added.
" He wants us dead " Abigail said.
