Chapter 25: I Finally Meet You

Laeticia's POV

I was so scared, I can't move.

I can't even move my eyes.

No, those dreams can't be real! I don't want to do those bad things!

As I was looking at him, something flashed in my head.

The adult me, sad and so weak, cry while in a bed. She's so sick then...

She stopped breathing.

Then I came back to reality and saw it.

He has violet eyes.

He smiled.

I screamed.

Ethan's POV

Oh shoot!!!!! Aaaaa!!

She's scared!! Omggg!! AAAAaaa!!

I shouldn't have smiled!!

“I-I'm s-so sorry!!”

As I shouted that to her, she got scared even more.

Aaaa!! Do I really look scary!?

I saw her turn around and run.

Ouch..

Aaaaaaa!!!

I'm having mental crisis right now.

She's so scared of me she screamed and ran.

And here I was, getting excited at seeing her again and hoping to be friends with her.

I even thought of helping her find happiness.

I felt like crying.

Laeticia's POV

That can't be happening!!

What was that?!!

It's so sad! Why did the adult me stop breathing?!!

It's not real!!

I kept on running while crying.

I know I screamed at that bad guy.

I thought those were just dreams and he isn't real.

And then he smiled, meaning he's alive.

Then those dreams are real?

Why!?

I have to get out of here! I want to go home!

Then something flashed again.

I saw Mama and Papa, but they have white hair and look older.

Then Grandfather said I was disowned and a disgrace. Mama and Papa were angry at him. Then Grandfather was with someone, he said it's Henney. Then there were police and they took Mama and Papa.

Why!? Mama and Papa are kind!

And what's d-dishown (disown)? What's this grays (disgrace)? And henny (Henney)?

Then I came back to reality again and I didn't notice there was a stone.

I stumbled and fell.

“Ah!” my feet!

I have to get away from them!

That bad guy is still near!

Then I felt something flash again.

No! Stop! Please make it stop! It hurts!

I don't want to see those sad things again!!

This isn't real!

Someone, help me!

Ethan's POV

I tried to go and hide.

That was too much heartache.

I never thought I'll be rejected that much. So this is what it feels to be rejected as a guy.

I was about to try pushing my wheelchair's wheel when I heard a yelp.

Isn't that...

Did something happen to her!?

I tried to move and go to her direction.

It was a challenge but I was able to do it.

Amazing! I can now use my strength!

Then I saw her, she's on the ground, crying.

“Please make it stop! Someone help me!”

Her trembling voice and crying made everything heartbreaking.

She's so adorable and innocent yet she's crying.

She's crying because she got so scared of me.

Ouch....Aaaaa!!! This hurts!!

“I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you. Please don't cry, I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have smiled on you.”

I meant everything and I really feel apologetic.

I want to go in front of her but I know I won't be able to stand up. Plus she'll be so scared  she might run again.
