I really love how the queer content in increasing in children's shows, it shows how much progress we're making and Bubbleline definitely is one of my top favourite otps.
In the start it may seem that the main pairing of the show is Finn and Bubblegum but thankfully the show makers confirmed what we gays already knew i.e. Marceline and Bubblegum are fruity and Bubbleline is canon.
Although the series starts with focusing on the adventures of Finn and Jake, as the series progresses it becomes more gayer and with get more of Bubbleline moments.
In the last few seasons Marceline and Bubblegum become more intimate though they have their ups and downs, we also dive into their histories.
Personally Marceline is my comfort character, her depressed goth dress up was not only a get up but she was actually depressed. I loved seeing her overcome her depression and finally getting a family who won't leave her.
In the finale of S10 we get a happy ending for our otp and we also finally see them see kiss each other on screen.
