Y/N and Levi get married 2 years after the Battle of Shiganshina. They work hard with the other Scouts to rebuild their world. They're happy.
When the time comes to fight Marley, they stay by each other's side, working together like they always have. No matter what happens they never give up on each other and in the end they finish off the Beast Titan together.
After the war and after peace talks with Paradis, they settle down and open a little shop selling tea and cleaning supplies. Y/N also runs self-defense classes for the community which Levi often sits in on to offer 'advice'.
They have two kids, a boy and girl. The boy becomes best friends with Connie's daughter and the pair raise living hell together, pulling off enough mad pranks to get them nearly arrested on several occasions.
Connie's younger son falls in love with Levi and Y/N's daughter. Connie now lives in fear of what Levi will do to him if his son ever breaks their daughter's heart.
All in all, they're happy.
