Side Story: (Grimm) Future

"Before you make a final decision, really think about what you are doing and ask yourself...Is it really worth it?" — Unknown

Salem, The Grimm Queen. In the time that she has lived she went by many names, A Princess, A Witch, A Goddess, A Monster. And for a time she was both a Wife and a Mother.

But as she sits in her chair inside of her castles library, with a single candle as a source of light she can't help but feel...Despondent.

Her face was that of a blank frown, looking at nothing but thinking of everything. With her head resting on hand, as she leaned on the table next to her that held the candle, one would think she was bored if they didn't know who she was.

Little did many know was that with what she knew, she wished she could find a way to be bored. To be bored was to imply she was once at peace, to be at peace would mean she was once in conflict.

To Salem, she would be forever conflicted, so much so that she would fall to crestfallenness. After all, there once was a time where Salem wished for nothing but the defeat of Ozpin, defeat of the very Gods that cursed her all those years ago.

She aimed for the complete destruction of this world so that she could finally die, bringing everything with her in the process. That was until she felt a dark pressure show itself no less than over a couple decades.

A power greater than the Gods themselves many years ago...So she attempted to steal this power. She looked to stars and using a spell twisted and corrupted she attempted to commune with such powerful beings to steal this leaking essence.

After all it was this spell that once allowed communion with the two brother gods, she wanted this power for herself and more.

"Hrk?!?" Then she felt it, like an invisible hand that crushed her very existence. She would've been dead had it not been for her immortality. Then she heard it spoke.

"Curious...Although to look and feel like a mortal...You are not..."

The deep and foreboding voice that commanded respect, she tried to speak up.

*Crik-Crack!!!* "Aaaagghh!!" Salem in over hundreds of years would find herself screaming in pain, as if something was killing her physically and spiritually.

"You tried to take what's mine...You don't have the right..." The Voice said as it echoed loud and bellowing, as if destroying her mind over and over again. Which Salam could feel drastically.

"No matter what I do, you seem to live." The voice said, stopping the pain for now. That was until Salem tried to speak once more which the Voice crushed her in retaliation, Salem was screaming some more.

"You will listen only to me, you do not have permission to speak. Are. We. Clear?"

Salem only wanting the pain to end, could only nod her head whimpering. Looking at the Grimm Queen her once pale flawless hair was undone and ruined. Her body completely malformed, a certain print on her clothing showed that she was being held, by what was not known.

"You tried to take my power. A great fool that you are to take what you cannot handle."

Then she saw it, the room had suddenly become dark as the blackest night, all around her she couldn't see anything then IT appeared.

A white mist had shown itself and with it a white orb for an eye. She could hear it but it didn't speak a word. Then one spawned behind it as well, then behind that, the strange figures that became a few soon showed to be many.
