You woke up extra early today. It was still dark outside, as you glanced at the time.
"Its five in the morning..." you mumbled as Snowflake was still asleep.
You quietly got out of bed and got dressed for the day, as you went outside.
You went to the garden and visited the secret door.
"I'll be opening you tonight, gotta say, I'm quite nervous to know what you hold." you say, as if you're talking to the door.
You then turned around and walked out of the pathway, but this time, you felt an electric surge spread throughout your body, making you jump.
"Okayyy then, I'll just pretend that didn't happen because I don't know how to explain it and my mind is focused on other things right now." you say, as you walked into the butterfly mansion.
As you entered, you saw Shinobu.
"Good Morning, Shinobu!" you say as you flashed her a smile.
"Good Morning." she replied.
Shinobu didn't care about what she heard yesterday, she was just depressed right now, since this would be the last day you're with her.
"Something wrong?" you asked her, with a genuine smile.
That question just made her lose it.
"Of course somethings wrong! Today's the last day, you'll ever spend with us! Today's the last day I'll ever see you and hear your voice again for who knows how long!" Shinobu cried.
You slightly jumped at her outburst and your smile faded.
"I'm really sorry, you have to go through this....But I was chosen, for a reason, and if I could, I would give this up-"
"You can give this up! YOU don't have to do it! The next successor can do it!" Shinobu said as she cut off your sentence.
"I know that, Shinobu. However, if I wait until the next successor, Muzan may accomplish his goal by then." you say, your voice getting serious.
Shinobu looked away and wiped her tears.
"Thank you for understanding....I know its hard for you, but it must be done." you reply.
"Plus! We'll be taking Muzan by surprise." you say as you grin.

"Okay, so now-"
You were cut off with a knock on the door.
"Coming!" you yelled as you went to answer the door.
By now, the sun had risen. You opened the door, and saw it was all the hashiras.
