I had bottom surgery done in January of this year. It took me about six and a half weeks to heal, I was on strict bed rest for about a week and had to be assisted to and from the restroom, I couldn't have pressure on that area when sitting for long periods of time so I got one of those little donut pillows. And I'm gonna be honest, the aftermath of my top surgeries were much more painful and uncomfortable than the bottom surgery which is odd because they made it sound like I was gonna be crying in pain from literally just sitting up XDDDD
