Sid didn't find his drive back home that frustrating today, in fact he was smiling and in thoughts of beautiful, adorable face he saw today, making his day pleasant. He thought will it be possible to have a life with her. Just a day of her glimpse made me so happy what will happen when she is my life sharing with me. Listening to radio he reached home, parked his car and marched in, "Mom, mom.." "Kya hain, why are you shouting.. I am here only, talking to Kajal." Said his mom from living room, she was talking in phone with her daughter who lived in Kanpur, happily married to her love Dinesh with 5 year old son, Abhi. "Acha chal, I will cut the call now, let me see what Sid wants. Call me tomorrow, take care and give my love to Abhi. Bye", mom finished the call and saw Sid coming towards her smiling, which was very unusual of him. "Kya baath hain, smiling and all, did you get the project?" Sid nodded in yes. "Bless you beta, may you get lot of success. Chalo I will make a good cup of Chai, I was waiting for you only to have my second round of evening chai." She got up from sofa and walked towards kitchen leaving contemplating Sid behind.

He had her resume, her contact number, her address everything saved in his phone. Fidgeting his phone, he opened google map and entered her address for directions, and it was just 20 minutes' walk from his house and just 5 mins drive. He wondered why didn't he meet her even once being in the same city! He was born and bought up here in the same house, his entire life revolves around this city, he has a friend living in that community where she lives, how come he never encountered her even once! Anyway better now than never...

"How was your day today?", asked mom. "It was good, very good in fact."

"Good, something special happened today, you are smiling a lot?" enquired his mom squinting her eyes. "Haan aisa hi hain kuch, samaj lo.." said Sid with all his teeth in display. "Share with me also the source of your Colgate smile," she said sipping in the hot chai with biscuits. "I will mom, but have patience who else will I share it with. I need to confirm myself before I can discuss it with you." "Oh My God! Is this related to a girl? Akir Bhagavan ne meri sun li.. Thank you so much mere Prabhu" she said looking up with folded hands. "Okay, I am going to restroom now and then will go for a walk, aap apna serial dekho and call me if you need anything from shop. I am going to meet Rahul." He chuckled and walked out of the living room towards his room leaving his dramatic mom behind.

He called Rahul,"Abey saale yaad aageyi meri, calling after a long time Sid, how are you and whats up bro?" came his friend's excited voice through the phone. "Teek huin Kamine, kahan hain tu? Ghar main hain?" enquired Sid. "Yes yes I am at home only, come, are you planning to come lets have dinner and some drinks with that. Neetu will be happy to see you."

"Nahin dinner some other time, I will take a rain check on that. Bhabi kaise hain? And how is your daughter? Just come out and we will take a walk and catch up. I am reaching your place in 10 minutes." Sid said, "Sure man, I will come down, all are good here. See you soon." Rahul said. Sid disconnected the call, taking big strides towards his community in blue shorts and white T-shirt. Excited thinking what if she see me there! Will she think that I am following her and take it in a wrong way. I hope not..

He saw Rahul from distance in the entrance gate of his community and waved him. "What's up bro seeing you after a long time." Rahul said hugging Sid "All good yaar, I hope I didn't disturb you on Monday evening! Sorry if I did that" Sid said apologizing.  "Aree nahi yaar, tu kabhi bhi kar le disturb sale, tu kabse itna formal ho gaya." Catching up they entered the community and there his heart started to beat again in high speed. He saw her walking in same morning churidhar with a friend hand in hand and with the same glow and beauty, her hair flowing in air coming down below her waist. Jumping and chatting excited without any makeup. Simple, natural and a beauty which has blown Sid's mind away.

They walked behind them with Rahul talking non-stop and Sid humming and responding in short answers. His attention fully on the girl walking ahead, who was more at ease, chirpy and chatty in contrast to morning where she was more attentive, formal and quiet. Then she suddenly stopped and turned behind as if she heard me, sensed me, or did her heart also feels the same. Did she also connect with me like I am getting connected to her! We stood there as if there was no one in the road just two of us and the moment stilled. It was surreal, like a dream. No one blinking there eyes until both of us were shaken by our respective friends. "Kya hua tujhe Sid? I am talking and you are just standing frozen. Sab teek hain?. Do you know Sana?" Rahul asked. "Sana?"

"Yes Sana.." He pointed towards Sanya. "Yes, she joined today in my company. I am surprised to see her here." I acted but hoping not getting caught by Rahul or 'Sana'. Man Sana sounds so good like honey!

"Hello Sanya, what a surprise! Nice to meet you here." I said. "Hello Sir, me too surprised to see you. Hello Rahul bhaiya, how are you?" she faced Rahul. "Hello Sana, I am good, hello Monty. Sana, I heard you have joined Sid's company today. Congratulations!" Rahul said. "Yes Bhaiya, Thank you." She looked at me and then looked down and she blushed and looked her friend with an expression which I was not able to guess. "Do you live here in this community Sana?" I enquired calling her with nick name. Surprised she said, "Yes, and you sir?" "Call me Sid, Sana no need to be formal. I live just 15 minutes away from here." We started to walk and she nodded and introduced me to her friend, "She is my friend+neighbor+Sister, Monty Didi. Di he is Mr. Sidesh Sharma our companies VP." "Hello Sid", she said with all the teeth on display as if she knows my secret! Or am I just imagining!

"SANAA..." someone shouted her name from balcony and she turned, saying "I have to go, my brother is calling. See you tomorrow Sid. Bye Rahul Bhaiya. Chalo Di" She ran towards her apartment with her friend "Bye Sana, Good night" I waved at her smiling and happy to hear her saying my name and dejected at the same time to see her go!
