I walked out , my brother was still leaning on the door and stared at a small object in his palm, I couldn't figure out what it was , he straightened up and covered it with a fist.
Our eyes connected, he smiled so did I
"You do have an eye for clothing" he said as i smiled.
"Obviously I do , I am a fashion designer's sister and work under a fashion designing company" i stated and he chuckled
I was beyond happy today , oppa got hired as the senior fashion designer at Royal Blue and I was going on my first date .
His smile lightened, but it was still there, this smile I recognized as a proud smile.
He walked towards me , and kept his palm flat in front of mine , I looked down at his palm and there was a ring. WAIT A FUCKING MINUTE? Is that a diamond ring? Oppa saw my reaction and said "Yes it's a diamond ring"
"Did you rob a bank or what ?" I asked him taking the ring in my hand analyzing it.
"Aniya (No) I have been saving up some money , to buy you something like a necklace or a ring , saw this the day I went out with my friend at the gold and diamond store . So I thought I'll buy you this"
"Oppaa you didn't have to waste your money on this"
"Its not a waste , if you wear it . And moreover the diamond's not that big . So i still have some money left . Wear it please" he said as he took the ring from my hand and slipped it in my right hand's middle finger .
It looked too good to wear , I would rather store it in a museum.
"Oppa what if I loose it ?" I ask him .
"Wear it today , and on special occasions" he replied and I nod overwhelmed . I look up at him and passed a small smile as I hugged him .
"Thankyou , I promise I won't loose it" I promise him as he smiled and ruffled my hair "Its alright if you loose it , I am willing to buy you many more" he says as I stay in his warm embrace for a few more minutes .
