"Newt. You good?" Thomas asked as they got out of the tunnel. "Yeah," Newt said before he looked back to the front of the car. "Shit, Newt. Your head's bleeding." "Have you been infected?" Brenda asked. "No, the car crashed. It's a wound not a scratch." "Argh," Newt winced as Thomas touched his head. "Sorry Newt." "Put this on this," Frypan said and Thomas held some cloth up to Newt's head. "How deep is it?" "It doesn't look too bad, but there's blood so I can't really tell." "Ok."
They stopped and Thomas put his hand against Newt's face. "Are you doing ok Newt?" "Yeah. I'm a little dizzy Tommy, but I'm alright." "Good." "Here. This will sting," Jorge said and Thomas removed the cloth, allowing him to clean it. "Argh! Sis..." "There we go." "It's deep, but not too big," Thomas said as he looked at it. "Exactly. I've got some medical threat, so I'll stitch it up and you'll be good to go." "Now?" "Yes, now." "It could have been worse Newt." "I know," Newt said and Jorge stitched his head up.
