When I woke up , Alex was close to my eyes which made me to roll off of the bed . He laughed while I stood up from the floor. "And good morning to you ,"I said "Morning ," He said. He was already ready for breakfast . I went to the closet and picked out an outfit . When I was done , I was heading to the bathroom but I stopped in my tracks and turned to Alex .
"I heard what you said to me last night . I'm glad that you are not mad at me ," I said. He was shocked to hear that I heard what he said. I went to the bathroom and showered . When I came out , Alex and I went to the restaurant for breakfast .
When we were done , I met up with Lia and all three of us hungout together. We went to the beach and hungout . Lia had to go back to the boat because her mother told her to so that just left me and Alex.
Me and Alex were walking on the beach talking when I asked him ," Can you tell me what was bothering you yesterday ". "Beth , I really don't want to ruin our friendship,". "Then I won't let it and that's a promise ," I said. "Be-
"Alex ," Someone said and it sounded a lot like Anna . "Anna ," Alex said giving Anna a hug .

"Hey , what are you doing here ? " Alex asked. "My parents made me come with them to here ," Anna said. "Okay , I am so glad that you are here ," He said giving her a kiss . And that was when it got awkward and I left .
I went around the country and went to some other historical places before I went back to the boat . When I got back to the boat , I went to my room . When I got there , Anna and Alex were kissing . I coughed to get their attention . It did and they got off of each other .
"Sorry ," Anna said out of embarrassment . "It's okay ," I said. "Uhh Beth , we have to tell you something ," Alex said with his nervous face on . "What is it ?" I asked. "We asked Anna's parents if she can come with us on the cruise for a couple of days ," Alex said .
"Ohh ," I said . "Is it okay with you if I stay with you guys here ?" Anna asked. "Yeah ," I said. "Great," Anna said and hugged Alex . I picked out an outfit for me to wear for dinner and something comfy to wear after . I took a shower and put on the dinner outfit .
When I came out , Alex and Anna were in the moment again . "See this can't keep happening ," I said. "Sorry ," Alex said. "Where are you going , Beth ?" Anna asked. "We have to go to dinner ," I said. "Tell our parents that I'm not coming to dinner tonight ," Alex said and I knew why .
"Sure ,"I said and then I left and went to the restaurant. When I got there , I sat down and said ,"Hi mom and dad ". "Hi sweetie ," My mother said. "Where is Alex ?" Alex's mother asked. "Alex said to tell you guys that he isn't coming ," I said. "Why ?" My mother asked. "Because he wanted to spend time with Anna ," I said.
"Anna is here ?"My mother said . "Yeah ," I said as I picked something different to eat for dinner . "Ohh ," Alex 's mother said then our waiter came to take our orders . Soon , our food came . When we were done , we went back to our rooms . When I got back to my room , I saw something that I wish that I hadn't seen .
I slammed the door to wake them up and it did. "Beth , you are back ," Anna said looking for her clothes on the floor . "I'll just stay somewhere else ," I said as I opened the door and closed it and went to Lia's room . I knocked on her door and she opened it and said ," Hey Beth ". "Can I sleep here tonight ?" I asked .
"Sure ," She said and stepped aside for me to enter but before I could , Alex came and said ," Beth , wait . I'm sorry you had to see that . I - I cut him off and said ," Alex , you don't have to say anything . You have Anna and I have Jake ". "But Beth ," He said. "Goodnight Alex ," I said as I went inside Lia's room and then Lia closed the door .
"What was that about ?" Lia asked . "Alex met his girlfriend here not on the boat and her parents allowed her to go with Alex on the cruise for a few days . They were so touchy with each other before and after I left for dinner ," I said . "Touchy as in ... ," Lia said trailing off of her sentence . "They had sex when I came back but were just kissing before I left for dinner ," I said .
"Ohhhh,"Lia said. "Yeah . Do you have anything comfy for me to wear ," I said because we wear the same size . "Yeah ," She said as she went to her closet to look for something for me to wear . "Here ," Lia said as she gave me something comfy to wear . I went to her bathroom and changed and came out and we both climbed into her bed .
"So , is that why you came here ?" She asked. "Yeah ," I said. "You feeling okay ?" She asked. "Why wouldn't I be ," I said. "Okay ," She said. "What's that suppose to mean ?" I asked . "Nothing ," She said. "Tell me ," I said.
"Fine , it is obvious that you are feeling sad that they had sex ," She said . "No I am not . I have a boyfriend ," I said . "Then why did you leave ?"She asked. "Do you not want me here ?" I asked. . "I do but think about it ," She said . She got comfy and said ," Goodnight ". "So you're just going to leave me like that after what you said ," I said . She just laughed.
