"My father is a very blunt man" I told Kiana as we sat in the visiting area of the prison.
"What if he doesn't like me? Are you gonna stop messing with me? Omg I'm gonna loose you" she said all in a rush.
"Girl calm down. You already met him once" I said laughing.
"Ain't shii--" she cut herself off when she seen my father standing beside the table.
"Hey pops. How you holding up" I said standing up to give him a hug.
"Wassup lil nigga. I'm straight. Who is this young lady" he asked looking at Kiana.
"This is Kiana" I said.
"Oh yea I remember her now" he said chuckling.
"Hi" she said standing up and reaching her hand out.
My father looked at her hand before slapping it down and pulling her into a hug.
The hug caught her by surprise but she eventually hugged him back.
"Alright let's sit down" I said.
"I don't like her like that Woo" my pops said looking at Kiana.
"You ain't gotta like me the fuck. No disrespect though" she said.
"Woo she's a keeper" my dad said chuckling.
"I already knew that" I said.
"What's going on" she asked looking between the two of us.
"You passed his lil test" I said.
"Test what test" she asked looking confused.
"Well he said he dont like you to see your reaction. He wanted to see would you defend yourself no matter who it is" I explained.
"Oh. Can't be no pussy outchea in these streets" she said. My pops looked started laughing loud as hell.
"Woo you ain't tell me you was dating a whole nigga" he said.
"I'm not. She's just a pretty ass woman with a nigga mentality" I shrugged.
"Anyways have they told you when you get out" she asked my father.
"Yep. I get out in 2 weeks" he told us cheesing. This nigga done been in jail since I was a youngin.
"Open up that cell let that boy outta jail" Kiana said stacking gang signs.
"He from Mexico. Pow Pow" I finished matching her goofy energy.
"Yall asses are retarded" my father said shaking his head and laughing.
"Times up" the guard came and tapped my father shoulder.
"I love you son. Nice meeting you lil G" he said dapping up Kiana.
"Fashoo. Nice meeting you too big G" she said.
"I love you too pops" and with that he left.
"Come on bae. We gotta get the kids from Ms.Walters" she said.
I just ignored the fact that she called me bae cause I be calling her my girl all the time so yea.

"Damn it feel good to be free" I said looking over at my son.
"I bet it do" he said glancing at me then back at the road.
"Hell yea but I'm glad they had let me out for the baby shower though" I said.
"Do you know how hard it was to make that shii happen" he said.
"I do. I'm surprised that Keke ain't here right now" I said.
"She with the kids" he said.
"Ight drop me off yo mama crib" I said.
"Pops you know ion fuck with that lady" he said.
"Just do it" I said.
He didn't reply but he made his way to Victoria's house.
He pulled up and I got out to knock on the door.
"Victoria" I yelled put in frustration because I couldn't find her.
"Long time no see buddy" I turned around and saw my closest homie, Ace. What the hell is he doing in Victoria's house. I shook off all the thoughts that was running through my head.
"Wassup foo" I said dapping him up like the old days.
"Shii. Cooling. What you doing over here" he asked.
"I should be asking you the same thing" I said raising my eyebrow.
"Oh. I was waiting on Victoria to come back with you" he said.
"How" I said. Now i was definitely intrigued.
"She said you got out today and she was finna come pick you up. So I was waiting on yall" he said.
Just as i was finna say something, I got a call.
"Hey. This is Dr.Chung at McGrudy Hospital. Are you Mr. Raymond Hall" the man asked.
"Yea. Why" I said.
"Your wife was found dead on the side of the road. We were able to unlock her phone and find a few family members" he said.
"Damn man. Ight" I said.
"What happened" Ace asked.
"Victoria is dead" I said. That kinda hurted me. We were just talking about getting our lives together and being a real family again.
Anyways I called Woo to tell him what was going on. He acted as if he doesn't care but I know he does.
"Come on so we can get to the hospital" I told ace.
And with that we left.

To clear the air. Woo loves his mother but he lost respect for her after she chose her boyfriend over him when he was younger. He also stopped messing with her once he found out she was a crackhead.
Woo's father has been in jail for years, he just got a pass for the baby shower thanks to Woo and his connections.
Woo's parents were never divorced. Victoria was cheating when Raymond went to jail.
