MY DAD WAS WATCHING THE BASEBALL GAME WITH MY MOM SITTING NEXT TO HIM. Suddenly the door burst open to reveal Me, crying and Jasper who is devastated.

"I said, leave me alone, Jasper. I can't do this anymore!" I shouted

"Delilah, don't do this. Just think about it, please." I cut him off

"Get out! It's over." I told him

I slam the door, my mom and dad are not off the couch, baffled, and concerned.

"Delilah?" Dad asked

"What happened?" Mom asked

"I have to get out of this place. Out of forks. I hate it here! I'm leaving. Now." I told them

I run upstairs. Dad and Mom hurried after Me

I slam the door to my bedroom behind me, Jasper's already there, pulling things from my drawers and shoving them into a duffle bag faster than humanly possible. I lean against the door.

"I can't just leave them." I whispered painfully

Jasper comes up to my places his hand on my shoulder rubbing them gently and gives me a look saying 'you have to.'

There's a knock

"Lily. Did he hurt you?" Mom asked me

"No, mom." I stated

"Then what? Did he break up with you?" Dad asked me

"I broke up with him." I told them

"Why? I thought you liked him? Remember when we're in your bedroom talking and you said that he was so important to you." Mom told me

"That's why I have to leave. I don't want this. I want to go home. Forks is not for me. it's not home, it's not where she is." I told them

"I'll be in your car." Jasper whispered to me

And he disappeared out the window. I gather the strength to continue my performance. I open the door to reveal my mom and dad. They follow as I carry my duffle bag and car keys

I charge downstairs and they follow me.

"Theres nobody back in California." Dad stated

"Grandma is and Uncle Eric and Auntie crystal." I told them

"You can't drive home now. We'll take you to the airport in the morning if you really want to go back to California." My mom told me

"I want to drive. I need time to think about all of this. I'll pull into a motel if I need to." I told them

I head down the stairs, they follow

You reach the ground floor with mom and dad in my heels. I'm almost to the door but mom blocks me
